IT之家 3 月 22 日消息，据央视新闻报道，今日上海市浦东新区正式公布了《上海市浦东新区促进无驾驶人智能网联汽车创新应用规定实施细则》，标志着上海浦东新区智能网联汽车创新应用迈入无人驾驶新时代。

据IT之家了解，去年 11 月 23 日，上海市人大常委会通过了《上海市浦东新区促进无驾驶人智能网联汽车创新应用规定》，利用浦东先行先试的优势，为无人驾驶智能网联汽车的创新应用提供了法律保障，让“未来车”走在“法治路”上，将有效提升智能网联汽车的技术创新水平和产业竞争力。
本次发布的实施细则为企业开展无人驾驶智能网联汽车的创新应用活动提供了明确的操作指南，明确政府如何管理创新应用活动、企业如何申请开展创新应用活动、如何评估创新应用能力、如何保证创新应用活动安全展开、如何创造性地设置道路运输经营条件等。同时，也为科技企业在创新应用过程中进行收费的商业试运营活动打开了通道。
