意大利奢侈品集团 Prada Group（普拉达集团）于日前宣布一项重大招聘计划，到2023年底将招聘400多人，以加强集团在意大利的生产能力和工艺技能。
截至2022年12月底，Prada 集团在全球共有24家工厂，共计有1.37万名员工，其中3700人在生产岗位工作。意大利本土拥有约5300名员工，其中3200人从事生产制造工作。
Prada 集团表示，这项投资计划旨在发展集团的设施，以及实现培养员工手艺和技能的承诺，这两项都将支持集团将最新的业绩增长轨迹延续下去。
