美国时尚品牌 Playboy（花花公子）的母公司PLBY 集团（NASDAQ：PLBY）日前宣布，以300万美元的价格出售旗下内衣品牌 Yandy。
PLBY 集团最初于2019年12月以未公开的价格收购了内衣品牌 Yandy，期望能够进一步扩展业务，赢得更多消费者青睐，占领更多市场份额。双方团队曾多次尝试重组磨合来推出新产品系列，如2021年1月的合作系列“Choose Your Sexy”，则是双方团队第三次重组磨合的成果。
此次出售 Yandy 源于 PLBY 集团的新战略。早前的3月16日，PLBY 集团发布截至12月底的2022财年关键财务数据的同时，也公开了战略重组的计划，首席执行官 Ben Kohn 表示：“我们开始进行战略评估，以重组和简化我们的业务。”
