据《金融时报》报道，关于微软以690亿美元收购动视暴雪这一史无前例的巨资交易，英国竞争与市场管理局（下称CMA）期待已久的最终裁决最快或将明日见分晓，且结果很可能对微软有利。
之前对PlayStation专利说明发表批评言论的知识产权与竞争专家Florian Mueller也发推对CMA的最终裁决表示关注。
“ 一直有人问这个问题：CMA什么时候公布最终裁决？正如我昨天所说，监管机构通常会避免在主要交易时段发布此类会影响股票变动的公告。纽约开盘时间为东部时间上午 9点30分/伦敦时间下午2点30分/欧洲中部时间下午3点30 分。”
《纽约邮报》还特别指出，由于微软向索尼和任天堂承诺，《使命召唤》会登录PlayStation和Switch平台，以至于该交易最近在英国和欧盟都取得了“惊人的进展” 。
目前各方面的报道和预测来看，均对微软能成功收购动视暴雪持乐观态度，如果情况如预期一样顺利推进，微软将以每股95美元的价格迅速完成交易。
