继首张电影海报释出之后，众所期待的首支电影预告正式登场。预告中，Paul Atreides（Timothée Chalamet 饰演）骑上巨大沙虫，获得全新的力量，成为新的领袖。故事将探索 Paul Atreides 的伟大神秘之旅，他和 Chani（Zendaya 饰演）以及弗瑞曼人（Fremen）联手，对毁灭他家族的阴谋者展开报复；Paul 必须在他毕生挚爱与已知宇宙命运之间做抉择，并且努力阻止只有他能预见的可怕未来。
本片卡司除了主演两名，还有 Rebecca Ferguson、Josh Brolin、Stellan Skarsgård、Javier Bardem、Dave Bautista 等首集班底，新加盟角色则有 Florence Pugh 饰演 Princess Irulan、Léa Seydoux 饰演 Lady Margot、Austin Butler 饰演 Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen、Christopher Walken 饰演 Emperor Shaddam IV 等人。
