意大利奢侈品牌 Brunello Cucinelli（布内罗·古奇拉利）将所持有的历史悠久的纺纱厂 Cariaggi Lanifico 的部分股权出售给法国奢侈品牌 Chanel（香奈儿）。具体交易条款未予披露。
通过本次交易，Chanel 将共计收购 Cariaggi Lanifico 24.5%的股权，其中18.5%来自 Brunello Cucinelli，剩余6%来自 Cariaggi 家族。
至此， Cariaggi 家族仍持有公司51%的控股权，Brunello Cucinelli、Chanel 各自持有24.5%。
