“神舟十六号”飞船就位后，中国空间站将形成主体三舱为骨架，“神舟十五号”、“神舟十六号”和“天舟六号”货运飞船分别对接于“天和”核心舱前向、径向和后向端口的 6 舱（船）组合体，这是自空间站建站以来的第 24 个构型，构型构成与“神十四”、“神十五”在轨交接阶段相似，组合体在轨质量将超过 100 吨。
