vivo S17 系列采用 6.78 英寸 2800×1260 OLED 双曲屏，支持120Hz 刷新率、300Hz 触控采样率。全系搭载4600mAh 电池，支持 80W 快充。芯片方面三款手机各自搭载不同的芯片，其中S17 搭载的高通骁龙 778G+，S17t 搭载的天玑 8050，S17 Pro 搭载的天玑 8200。
影像方面，vivo S17 / S17t 前置 50MP摄像头，S17 后置 50MP主摄，S17t 后置 50MP主摄和 8MP摄像头；vivo S17 Pro 前置 50MP，后置 50MP主摄和8MP摄像头，另有 12MP长焦人像摄像头。
vivo S17 提供玄黑、花海和山海青三种配色，而vivo S17 Pro 将花海换成冰白玉配色。售价方面，vivo 17 8+256GB 售价2499元，12+256GB售价2799元，12+512GB售价2999元。而vivo S17 Pro 8+256GB 售价3099元，12+256GB售价3299元，12+512GB售价3499元。
