随着《Spider-Man》 动画电影续集《Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse》本周率先登陆北美，制作人 Amy Pascal 证实动画电影男主角 Miles Morales 将会推出真人版电影，而 Spider-Woman 也将迎来全新动画电影计划。
《Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse》上映之后，将由明年三月上映的《Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse》作接力，而在本系列结束之后，男主角 Miles Morales 将正式改编为真人版电影，而 Sony Pictures 同时也积极开发 Spider-Woman 等女性角色的动画电影，同为制作人的 Avi Arad 声称本片会比大家预期的还快问世；顺带一提，以女性为主的真人版电影《Madame Web》预计于 2024 年正式上映。
最后，由 Tom Holland 与 Zendaya 主演的《Spider-Man》第四部曲正在筹备中，但目前因为编剧罢工潮而暂时停摆，Pascal 于受访时声援抗议的编剧群们，并表示只要他们准备好了就可以开工。
