「Yeezy 正在寻找实习生加入我们，在这个全球最具创造力的团队工作，无疑是个令人兴奋的机会。」YEEZY 官方也在招募平台列出征选条件，包含需注重细节、有条理，并且能在快节奏的环境中独立思考；此外，倘若有摄影、修图、会计、社交媒体、仓储物流、产品开发等相关经验者，也都有机会被优先考虑。
该征才消息在网路受到不小回响，部分人吐槽 YEEZY 开出的薪水过低，时薪 16.04 美元仅略高于加州最低工资的 15.50 美元，但同时仍有不少人认为薪酬不是问题，毕竟这是个很好培养经验和开拓人脉的机会，你又怎么看呢？
