Patagonia 与 GAP 耗时超过半年的商标侵权诉讼终于结束，双方确定达成和解，虽然细节尚未公布，但在双方都放弃索赔后，法官正式同意驳回此案。
当时 Patagonia 表示：「GAP 的侵权行为已经或可能会削弱 Patagonia 著名且独特的商标，并削弱商标的独特性和与 Patagonia 的独特联系。」
