上周四，Farfetch 公布旗下公司 New Guards Group 人事异动，其中值得注意的是 NGG 集团创办人 Davide De Giglio 和 Off-White™ CEO Andrea Grilli 将正式退出经营团队。
New Guards Group 创立于 2015 年，由 Davide De Giglio 和好友 Claudio Antonioli、Marcelo Burlon 共同创立，凭藉意大利工艺技术与分销实力，成功与 Off-White™、Palm Angels、Ambush、Heron Preston 等国际品牌建立关系，顷刻成为全球最具影响力的时装巨头之一。
2019 年，电商平台 Farfetch 宣布以 6.75 亿美元收购 New Guards Group。过去四年来，仍由创办人 Davide De Giglio 担任集团主席。直到最近，Farfetch 公告将由 Farfetch 集团总裁 Stephanie Phair 兼任 NGG 主席一职；与此同时，原 NGG CMO Cristiano Fagnani 将接替 Andrea Grilli 掌舵 Off-White™，并持续负责 NGG 于欧洲的 Reebok 业务。据了解，Cristiano Fagnani 本就与 Off-White™ 关系密切，并曾于 Nike 工作长达二十年。
针对本次高管人事异动，Farfetch 创办人兼 CEO José Neves 表示，NGG 自 2019 年被 Farfetch 收购以来表现都非常出色，「我要感谢 Davide 和 Andrea 在过去四年来的领导，他们同时建立了非常强大的继任者团队，接下来将继续推动 NGG 的战略和运营。」
