今年4月，法国奢侈鞋履品牌 Clergerie 再度陷入财务困境，申请启动破产司法重整程序。
据法新社报道，在4月底至5月底期间，Clergerie 至少收到了五份收购要约，而到了6月，收购要约仅剩一份。
6月14日，巴黎商事法庭对 Clergerie 仅有一份的收购要约进行了两个多小时的审查，这份要约来自美国鞋履制造商 Titan Footwear，法庭最晚将于 6月29日做出裁决，若收购要约不被批准，Clergerie 将面临强制司法清算。
在这份要约中，Titan Footwear 承诺将接管 Clergerie 的50名员工（品牌员工总数为140人），并将品牌的部分生产外包至摩洛哥和西班牙的制造商。
