品玩6月28日讯，据36氪报道，近日，百世集团旗下百世软件的千易ERP接入自然语言处理工具ChatGPT，帮助跨境卖家智能生成多种语言的商品标题和描述。这也是百世集团首次对AI功能予以商用。百世软件负责人陈鹏表示，“今年以来，我们已在多个业务实操场景中启用了人工智能，为物流行业积累相关经验。”目前百世对AI功能的探索分三大类：以AI为工具减少重复性劳动、让AI辅助大数据分析、以及用AI生成创意。此外，百世软件正在研究用AI为外贸商家推荐选品的功能。
