由 Winston Yeh 主理的台湾重机改装厂 Rough Crafts 再度迎来新作，今回以 2019 Ducati Monster 821 车型为题，打造全新「Bologna Dogfight」定制车型。
此车由客户委托定制，希望以 Monster 821 为基础打造成 Café Racer 风格，于是 Winston 从过往作品中汲取灵感，首先为了具有 Café Racer 经典的圆润线条，并同时保留极具辨识度的 Rough Crafts 风格，选择了曾为 Apex Assault 开发的钢坯 CNC 副车架，搭配 3D 打印整流罩和尾部，并以手工制作的铝制油箱连结车头，排气系统则保留原厂流线配置，但换上了 SC-Project 排气管。主要设计完成后，其他部分就由 Rough Crafts 固定合作的零件厂填补。
