据报道，旗下拥有 Gucci、Saint Laurent、Balenciaga、Bottega Veneta 等品牌的精品巨头开云集团（Kering）近日正式宣布将以 17 亿欧元从 Mayhoola 手中购入历史悠久的高端时尚品牌 Valentino 30% 股份，成为董事会内重要股东并以此为促成未来合作的第一步。
该交易预计将于 2023 年底完成，协议内容包括开云有权在五年内、2028 年前收购 Valentino 所有股份，此举或为开云集团与 Valentino 目前母公司 Mayhoola 战略合作关系的一环，而 Mayhoola 日后亦有可能成为开云股东之一，现阶段仍是拥有 70% 股本的大股东，将联手强化品牌、开发潜在机会、制定商业策略，共同追赶业界强劲对手——LVMH 集团。
另外，就开云集团首席财务官 Jean Marc Duplaix 透露，开云目前并未考虑将同属 Mayhoola 之下的 Balmain 纳入交易，有兴趣的读者不妨点此了解完整官方声明。
