据彭博社此前披露，法国欧舒丹集团（L’Occitane International SA）的控股股东、亿万富翁 Reinold Geiger正在考虑将这家护肤品公司私有化。
近日，路透社援引知情人消息称，Reinold Geiger目前计划以约 65 亿美元的估值将欧舒丹集团私有化，并就交易进行了深入谈判。
谈判中，Reinold Geiger讨论以每股约35港元的价格收购他尚未持有的欧舒丹股份。交易所文件显示，Reinold Geiger控制的一家公司目前拥有欧舒丹集团70%以上的股份。
此拟议出价（每股35港元）较欧舒丹集团周二的收盘价每股25.5港元溢价37%。
报道另称，Reinold Geiger还一直在与顾问商讨，是否有可能最快于明年将欧舒丹集团在欧洲的证交所重新上市。
