翰森制药(03692.HK)发布公告，2023年8月10日，公司全资附属公司江苏豪森药业集团有限公司与德琪医药有限公司的附属公司Antengene Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited及德琪(浙江)医药科技有限公司(统称为“德琪医药”)订立独家合作协议。
根据合作协议，集团将独家负责塞利尼索(selinexor)及任何包含或由塞利尼索组成的产品(商品名：希维奥)在中国大陆的商业化，德琪医药将继续负责希维奥(塞利尼索)的研发、监管审批事务、产品供应和分销。德琪医药将获得最高可达人民币2亿元的首付款，其中人民币1亿元于签约时支付，并根据协议及其条款和条件，德琪医药将有可能获得最高可达人民币1亿元的剩余首付款，以及最高可达人民币5.35亿元的里程碑付款。此外，德琪医药还将向集团支付服务费。
