微软今日宣布，现已将动视暴雪旗下全部游戏的云游戏权益授予给育碧。据悉，双方签订的合约将在收购过关后生效，包括迄今为止的全部动视暴雪游戏及未来的15年作品。除了动视暴雪游戏以云游戏的形式登录育碧平台和订阅服务外，育碧将会把云游戏权益以再销售的形式转售给在内的各大公司，这也包括采用非 Windows 操作系统的竞争对手。
考虑到本次给予育碧的权益是不可逆且永久性的，微软希望这样的妥协可让英国反垄断机构竞争与市场管理局（CMA）满意。目前，CMA 已经在考虑微软修订后的合同，预计将在10月18日之前给出二阶段调查的结论。考虑到目前的进展，分析人士认为年内微软完成动视暴雪收购的可能性较小。
