据悉，总部位于越南的金融科技初创公司MFast已于近日宣布完成了其600万美元规模的A轮融资。
根据声明，此次融资由Wavemaker Partners领投，并得到了Finnoventure Fund I、Headline Asia以及现有投资者Do Ventures、JAFCO Asia、Ascend Vietnam Ventures的参投。MFast称，将利用这笔新资金提升国内的业务分销能力，并在明年扩展到越南之外的市场地区（如菲律宾）。
MFast成立于2017年，主要致力于通过其代理销售人员网络将信誉良好的金融和保险机构与在银行服务、贷款、保险等方面有需求的越南用户（主要来自农村地区）联系起来，从而促进这些服务产品的分销和普及。
作为MFast的成立背景，该公司表示，越南70%的农村人口往往难以获得可靠的金融服务，而这些群体也会更加会被以灰色交易为代表的不安全交易所困扰。因此，MFast希望通过其分销平台解决这一问题。
据介绍，目前，MFast已覆盖至越南的63个城市，培训过的代理人超16万名，并向超100万越南居民推销了金融服务产品。此外，MFast也透露，与2022年同期相比，公司在今年上半年期间的盈利代理人用户数量增长了62%。
